I am delighted and proud to share our latest Ofsted report following our inspection in November.

To have met the latest requirements for a ‘Good’ school following the introduction of a new framework, increased expectation and all without external support is a massive achievement.

The school has come a long way since previous inspections and this is all down to a collaborative, community effort from staff, parents and Governors – not forgetting our amazing children! The parental support for the online questionnaire and the time taken to make so many encouraging written comments was especially appreciated by our team – thank you.

The report speaks for itself however we will be holding a session for parents in the new year to expand on the report in the context of ongoing school development. Our key area for improvement is already well in hand and our capacity to achieve this is both noted in the report and strongly demonstrated in our successes so far.

I will leave you with the words which open our report, “Pupils love coming to school.”

Yours sincerely

Mr M Tomson
