Year 1 have had a fantastic time baking their chocolate truffles to sell at the Christmas Fayre. Firstly we read the instructions to find out how to make them. Then we used our measuring skills to weigh the ingredients. After that we observed the heated butter and cream can melt the chocolate. The children enjoyed rolling out the truffle shapes and decorating them. We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed licking our fingers!
