Year 3
Information
Year 3 marks the beginning of Key Stage 2 and the Junior phase of the children’s education. Again the transition is carefully considered to support the children through a jump in learning expectations.
Very little will change in the way of routines, however the children will be expected to take on greater responsibility and independence. To support this, Year 3 work closely with Year 4 on joint projects, trips and topics to build both community and collaborative learning opportunities.
